Granite Springs Backpack

The October troop outing was a backpack out to Granite Springs.  The well was flowing nicely after a few dry years.

    One of the main concerns I have with cowboy camping locally are the ants. Especially at Granite Springs and in the desert. Have you encountered them and how have you dealt with them?
